2. Engagement & Statements of Work

Submitting an enquiry or holding an exploratory discovery call does not constitute a binding contract for engineering services. Formal client engagements require an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) defining scope, milestones, fees, and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property

Website Materials: All original design components, code snippets, typography styles, and logos on this website belong to Keninsula Software.

Client Work: Under our standard client engagement agreements, all intellectual property, source code, and design files produced specifically for a client are assigned 100% to the client upon receipt of payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. Keninsula Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website.

5. Governing Law
